Joss Biggins is a licensed Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, and Responsible Investment Specialist, operating out of the Comox Valley and Victoria offices. Joss partners with educators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers, with a mission to educate, empower, and add value through asset management. The goal is to help conscious individuals be thoughtful about their wealth as they build their financial future.

Born and raised on Hornby Island, British Columbia, Joss grew up in a community deeply rooted in strong social values and environmental awareness. After high school, he took his passion for basketball to Denmark, only to return to Canada following a serious knee injury, where he shifted his focus to business studies at the University of Victoria.

Post-university, Joss dove headfirst into the world of wealth management, completing certifications to become a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Registered Investment Advisor, and Responsible Investment Specialist (RIS). From 2016 to 2026, Joss progressed from Intern to Assistant to Anthony Edwards, a Registered Investment Advisor, and now serves as a partner at EthicInvest, where he runs discretionary models as a Portfolio Manager. His passion lies in redefining the narrative around ethical investment, working collectively to support the world and its economies toward a positive future.

Outside the office, you’ll find Joss either coaching or playing basketball, training in Jiu-Jitsu, travelling through Latin America, writing on Hornby Island, or challenging himself on Vancouver’s iconic Grouse Grind (personal best: 38:44!). Joss prides himself on his passion for curiosity. In fact, you are most likely to find him on any given day sitting in a coffee shop picking the brains of the most outlandish & forward-thinking minds he can find.
